Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM Pay: $38–$42/hr (depending on experience) up to
$300/week in bonuses Experience Required: 10 years (A-Level/Master
Tech) Position Summary Promotive is hiring an experienced A Level
Automotive Technician for a highly respected, family-owned shop in
South Windsor, CT . This shop has been a staple in the community
since 1993 and is known for its integrity, top-tier diagnostics,

environment—this is your next home. Key Responsibilities Diagnose
and repair a wide range of issues across domestic, Asian, and
European vehicles Perform advanced diagnostics using modern scan
tools and Hunter alignment systems Complete digital vehicle
inspections (DVIs) and communicate findings clearly Stay current
with paid, ongoing training and certifications Collaborate with a
supportive team and contribute to a positive shop culture Maintain
a clean, organized, and safe work area Provide high-quality
workmanship that meets or exceeds OEM standards What We're Looking
For 10 years of hands-on experience as an A-Level or Master
Technician Strong diagnostic capabilities — you don't guess, you
test High personal standards and integrity in your work Willingness
to learn about diesel and alternative fuel systems Team-first
attitude and passion for the trade Valid driver's license with a
clean driving record Enjoys working in a laid-back but
high-performing environment Compensation & Benefits $38–$42/hr base
pay (hourly, not flat rate) DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE Weekly bonus
