Job Description Job Description Keep World-Class Manufacturing Running at Full Strength as a Molding Machine Maintenance Technician Location: Manchester, NH | Pay Range: 54,000 – 65,000 | Schedule: Full-Time PDS Tech Commercial is hiring a Molding Machine Maintenance Technician for a direct-hire role with a global leader in aerosol valve manufacturing . This is a critical, hands-on position for a technician who takes pride in keeping complex molding equipment operating safely, efficiently, and at peak performance. Your ability to diagnose issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability directly impacts product quality, production uptime, and overall manufacturing efficiency in a high-volume environment serving customers worldwide. What You’ll Do Day to Day Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on molding machines and auxiliary equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment issues Install and repair electrical and mechanical components to support production needs Maintain machines according to manufacturer specifications and work orders Monitor equipment for wear, breakdowns, and downtime; take corrective action as needed Complete work tickets, maintenance logs, and documentation accurately and on time Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean, safe work environment Manage and monitor parts inventory to support uninterrupted operations Collaborate with production and maintenance team members to resolve equipment issues Support continuous improvement initiatives within the molding department Perform additional duties as required What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 2–3 years of mechanical experience, preferably in a manufacturing or molding environment Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical/mechanical drawings Must have own tools for mechanical and electrical maintenance Strong communication skills with the ability to read and write fluent English Dependable, safety-focused, and able to work overtime when required Preferred Qualifications Technical school education or equivalent hands-on training Experience maintaining injection molding machines or similar production equipment Familiarity with preventative maintenance programs in high-volume manufacturing Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally and up to 20 lbs frequently Ability to stand and walk 6–7 hours per shift Capable of bending, crouching, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and repetitive hand motions throughout the workday Ready to Put Your Skills to Work?
