Science Position Summary We are seeking a Maintenance Manager like
you to join our team in the Oxford, NC plant! The Maintenance
Manager position focuses on planning, designing and implementing
maintenance programs to optimize the availability and productivity
of manufacturing facilities and equipment. In this role you will
manage experienced professionals who exercise latitude and
independence in assignments. Problems faced are difficult to
moderately complex. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to
influence others to accept practices and approaches, and the
ability to communicate and influence executive leadership on a
frequent basis. Responsibilities Collaborate with corporate and
plant leadership teams to ensure alignment with strategic
intentions to ensure a safe work environment, environmental
conformance/compliance, cost management, while providing superior
quality products and services to continually improve customer
satisfaction managed through a systematic approach. Monitor and
communicate results of maintenance key performance indicators to
ensure plant and organizational long-term success. Provide
leadership and direction for the Maintenance Management System.
Work interdependently with plant strategic leadership team to
continuously improve manufacturing systems and processes. Develop
and manage maintenance budget based on maintenance goals,
manning/labor, capital and expense projects. Develop and launch
leaders, utilizing talent management systems to ensure bench
strength and growth within the organization. Ensure line driven
safety goals and objectives are achieved, as defined by division
safety deployment letter. Manage the required resources to ensure
the optimization of the maintenance/environmental systems.
Benchmark and monitor industry trends, both internal and external,
to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of maintenance
business. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree; 6 y years of
relevant experience including 3-5 years management or
direct/indirect leadership experience Or Master's degree; 4 years
of relevant experience including 2-4 years management or
