Legacy Talent Search is currently seeking candidates for a Technical Project Manager role in Biddeford, ME. Key Responsibilities: · Lead and manage cross-functional technical projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals. · Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful delivery. · Coordinate with engineering, operations, and other stakeholders to drive project progress and resolve challenges. · Monitor project performance, track key milestones, and provide regular status updates to leadership. · Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success. · Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and alignment. · Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for assigned projects. · Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and technical requirements. · Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and efficiency. · Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including scope, requirements, and post-project evaluations. Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field required ). · Proven experience managing technical projects in a manufacturing, engineering, or technology environment. · Strong engineering foundation with the ability to understand and engage in technical discussions with engineering teams. · Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches). · Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. · Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts to diverse audiences. · Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms). · Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. · PMP or similar certification is a plus.
