Fem Care Business Unit

We are looking for savvy marketers with strong entrepreneurial spirits and eager to be part of the team that will rewrite the Fem Car Marketing play book. We seek colleagues passionate about building brands, winning the hearts and minds of consumers, customers and the company.

Position Summary

The Senior Brand Manager will be responsible for the overall health of a Fem Care LOB (ISP or ESP). The successful candidate will lead the development and execution of plans that profitably recruit and retain women, converting them into staunch advocates of EPC Fem Care. He / She will also wear multiple hats: a player, a coach (or 2-3 direct reports), a quarterback of team of cross functional colleagues and agency partners, a channel champion and/or a marketing medium expert. This role will report to the Head of Marketing of Fem Care and will work very closely with cross functional team members and agency partners.

Accountabilities

Business Analytics and P&L Management



  • Own the LOB P&L.
  • Effectively synthesize data from multiple sources to make both short- and long-term business recommendations
  • Analyze data to establish top Key Learning's and implications for brand
  • Identify consumer insights and develop innovative programs to capitalize on these opportunities

  • Identify opportunities to apply learning to other brands/segments outside the scope or responsibility

    Strategic Planning



    • Lead the Annual Business Plan (ABP) process including work plan management, developing accurate analyses, leading agency partners and P&L development
    • Lead execution of multiple marketing programs as part of ABP

      Brand Development (Consumer Communication)



      • Establish communications strategies for brands.
      • Lead advertising development from briefs to overseeing consumer research to validate advertising
      • Lead promotional or major packaging graphics projects including overseeing timeline to deliver on-shelf execution date
      • Lead Claims development process (product and marketing claim only) with R&D and agency partners
      • Co-lead any revisions or evolution of brand positioning, when needed.

        People Development



        • Coach and mentor 2-3 direct reports.

          Required Skills and Experience



          • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a concentration in Business or Marketing related discipline
          • 5+ years CPG experience having directly supported a brand in a global or commercial organization with strong analytical responsibilities;

            Preferred Skills and Experience



            • MBA preferred
            • Ability to influence without direct authority
            • Self-motivated and goal-oriented; ability to to work independently with minimal supervision
            • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and work effectively with team members and various key stakeholders
            • Strong project management skills; demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle several projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
            • Detail oriented with strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
            • Ability to work in a fast-paced and matrixed environment
            • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, ability to articulate in a clear and concise manner across various levels of the organization
            • Advanced analytics including Marketing mix, pricing elasticity, bases volumetric, equity tracking, PERT studies
