We are seeking to add a dynamic, Senior Project Manager to our growing team, housed out of our new facility in Berks County, Pennsylvania. Responsible include the coordination, implementation, execution, and completion of projects on time and on budget, while remaining aligned with corporate-strategy. Qualifications:
  • At least Eight (8) years working directly in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development & execution
  • Exposure to (1) one or more standards: OSHA, ISO, FDA
  • Minimum (5) five years of Manufacturing experience
  • Exposure to automated Pharmaceutical capital equipment, a plus
  • Exposure to food processing equipment, processes and automation
  • Familiarity with proteins and food processing, a plus
  • Familiarity with drafting, reading blueprints or modeling software such as AutoCAD and Solid Works
  • Exposure implementing and sustaining continuous improvement programs
  • Project management qualification (PMP) (CPM) or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience employing PM techniques and tools
  • Preferred exposure to at least (2) two of the following: MRP, CRM, MS Excel
  • Superior communication skills (both written and oral) and presentation skills are required
  • Strong leadership, ability to push and drive for results
  • Identify, resolve conflicts within the project team
  • Identify, manage project dependencies & critical path
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects in tandem, various size and scope
  • Ability to effectively prioritize & execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Able to work within cross-functional groups, with the ability to push for results. Duties & Responsibilities:
    • Project cycle, coordinating all engineering input for bid to the customer, preparing detailed project budget, and managing execution of the project to meet contract requirements on time and on budget
    • Help define the project scope, goals, and deliverables
    • Plan, implement, manage budget, schedule, and project timeline
    • Assemble and manage project team
    • Allocate project resources
    • Track & report KPI's
    • Implement and monitor change management
    • Evaluate projects through a grading system and recommend improvements Helpful to have, Technical skills & Tools: MS Projects, MS Dynamics, Excel, Mircosoft365, Google doc's, ERP, MRP, Project Management tools, Supply chain, Sketchup, Decipher Blueprints, Exposure to AutoCAD & Scada, a plus Process Management: Achieve the above primary accountabilities by:
