Job Description:

As a member of the Account Management team, you are a highly motivated sales professional with a passion for technology and working with people. You are primarily responsible for managing established business as well as identifying new opportunities within an existing customer base. Through our consultative sales approach, you will have the opportunity to engage with customers from diverse markets, working with them to find the best solution for their needs.This Is What Your Day Looks Like. You* Retain and grow national accounts across a variety of market verticals. * Directly engage with clients through frequent proactive communication to strengthen business relationships and identify potential new partnership opportunities.* Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews to grow customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and provide company and product roadmap updates.* Provide KPI's and quality/performance data to customers in relation to ongoing programs.* Act as primary liaison between key customers and internal stakeholders.* Work proactively with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve customer issues that affect current or future business.* Provide quotes, order management, and delivery expectations for customers.Requirements* You have at least 3 years of sales experience.* You have a Bachelor's degree or work in a technical environment is desirable.* You are able to deliver engaging presentations to key stakeholders and decision makers in a B2B sales environment.* You have demonstrated the ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment with shifting priorities.* You have demonstrated the ability to quickly and efficiently learn new processes.* You have excellent active listening skills, as well as strong written and verbal communication skills.* You have a professional and upbeat telephone voice, strong probing skills, persistent and persuasive without being aggressive.* You have demonstrated the ability to hold yourself and others accountable are essential.* You have a strong business acumen the ability to succinctly describe an opportunity and how to win.Who We Are Looking ForThe ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong business sense, natural curiosity and the ability to ask the right questions to identify appropriate solutions to meet the customer's needs.
