LW Consulting, Inc., is pleased to work with our client in
Newmarket NH to place an experienced Executive Director for an
established Senior Living property.
The Executive Director is responsible for the overall operation of
the community. These responsibilities include but are not limited
to human resource management, oversight of resident care,
regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, employee
satisfaction, physical plant maintenance, dining services, active
living, assisted living, and garden house (if applicable) as well
as marketing of the community. Adheres to customer service
philosophy by providing excellent customer service to residents,
their families, and Team Members.
The ideal candidate for this opportunity will have the following
Must possess the requirements from the state of NH to manage a
Supported Residential Health Care Facility.
Have at least 3 years of facility operational experience
Have the knowledge of building census and managing a team of care
Have proven excellent customer service skills
