Peer Software, a rapidly growing software company, has immediate openings for Account Development Managers in our Bedford, NH office with potential for a flexible, remote work schedule. -The Account Development Manager is responsible for managing customer success in the existing account base and developing new opportunities to help grow Peer Software business in the assigned territory.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build relationships with existing account base and manage customer success
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Presales Engineering and Technical Support
  • Develop expansion opportunities and new projects through active follow up and sales process
  • Understand customer needs, challenges, and requirements through direct communications
  • Position solutions, communicate value and answer potential client questions
  • Schedule and prepare resources for demonstrations, evaluations, and technical assessments
  • Execute the full sales process for subscription renewals, conversions, and additional purchases
  • Escalate qualified, strategic opportunities to the appropriate field sales executives
  • Follow up on incoming leads from numerous sources and perform lead-generation campaigns
  • Efficiently manage the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with timely, accurate data
  • Occasional travel (10%) may be required for corporate meetings, trade shows, and/or special events
    Required Skills and Experience
    • At least three (3) years of experience working with clients and managing relationships
    • Engaging phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Effective customer service, problem-solving skills, and collaboration with cross-functional teams
    • Discipline and drive to make a high volume of calls to the existing account base every day
    • Ability to work independently and as an active member of a team
    • Efficient time management and organizational skills
    • Demonstrated computer skills (MS Office: -Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Desire and aptitude to learn concepts relevant to Information Technology and Enterprise Computing
    • Technology sales experience in a fast-paced environment is an asset
    • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is an asset
