Job Description:
Summary: Meta is seeking to grow its team with a Tooling and
Operations Manager, Content Strategy and Acquisitions within the
Content Acquisition, Programs, and Operations (CAPO) Operations
Team on Media Partnerships. The CAPO Ops Team handles all payments,
tooling, scaled programs, and process topics; it sits within
Content Strategy & Acquisitions, which exists within Media
Partnerships. Media Partnerships is the external arm of Meta and
works with the worlds largest and most exciting organizations
across the full suite of Meta products (Facebook, Instagram,
Facebook Reality Labs). This role will work cross-functionally
across the Content Strategy & Acquisition Org and cross-functional
stakeholders to streamline and manage tooling, requirements
gathering, roadmap development, and program launches. This is a
unique opportunity to be a part of the Operations Team.Required
Skills: Tooling and Operations Manager, Content Strategy and
Acquisitions Responsibilities:Lead and program manage complex
cross-functional initiatives, implement technical solutions, design
new processes, and deliver leadership-sponsored initiativesAct as
the day-to-day owner of Deal App supporting scaled programs and
liaising with Payments, Process, and Scaled Programs Leads within
the CS&A organizationCollaborate with partner engineering to
oversee tooling roadmap development, requirement gathering, and
resource allocation to ensure the tooling needs of the CS&A
organization are metPartner with other cross-functional leaders in
Deal Team, Tooling, and Partnerships to ensure timely entry of
partners into Deal AppSupport Deal App accuracy for new and
existing content programs and ensure that Partners are able to
receive payment and FB is able to accurately track
fulfillmentmanage Deal App AuditingCreate weekly and monthly
reports for CS&A stakeholders to summarize, measure, and
communicate the impact of projectsFoster relationships with program
managers in Content Strategy & Acquisitions to run programs
efficientlyIntegrate with Video Content Operations (VCO), and
Partner Deal Operations (PDO) teams to ensure reliable audit trail
of deal terms, and funded content tracking (FCF)Work with Systems
teams to create solutions to address scaled programming
needsDevelop Deal App roadmap to improve operations and
automationSupport partner inquiries and escalations related to Deal
AppProvide oversight for coordinators/contractors handling Deal App
activitiesOther ad hoc projectsMinimum Qualifications: Minimum
Qualifications:8+ years of experience in media companies,
technology companies, or relevant industryOrganized with experience
identifying all process flow steps for execution and experience of
process managementDemonstrated experience in problem solving,
providing business insights and recommendations using data, and
owning business requirementsExperience communicating and presenting
to a variety of stakeholders and clarifying/summarizing
issuesDemonstrated communication and presentation experience and
experience clarifying and summarizing issuesExperience building
relationships at all levels of an organization with a proven track
record of influencing without ownershipPreferred Qualifications:
Preferred Qualifications:MBA or Masters DegreeExperience in the
tech and media industry and/or management consulting or investment
bankingBackground working with DBA or SaaSExperience with designing
and/or working with business management toolsFamiliarity with SQL
and data taxonomyExperience in data visualizations and building
scalable reporting toolsExperience working independently with
minimum supervision, leading multiple projectsStrategic, analytical
and problem solving experienceAnalytical and quantitative skills
with knowledge of data architecture systemsExperience working with
