Job Description:

A large privately held company in the waste business seeks a SOURCING MANAGER to work out of a facility in Rutland VT. This individual will manage a team of 4 people.
This group is responsible for finding and making agreements with companies that would provide waste and recycling services that are outside of the main company's "footprint". So, if a client of the main company requires waste removal or recycling services that the main company does not currently provide, this person and the people under them source the appropriate company with the appropriate capabilities so the main company can accommodate the needs of their client.
A qualified candidate with have:-Experience in the waste and/or recycling industry-Experience in contract negotiation-Experience managing people-Experience sourcing companies that provide specific capabilities-The ability to work in an office in Rutland
Compensation - Base salary between 65 and 97 (or commensurate with experience) plus 20% bonus, full benefits.
