remotely in the US, you'll be a part of creating and delivering

You'll be Doing The Executive Director, IT is a leadership role
responsible to ensure the needs of Public Sector are being
represented, evaluated, pursued, and delivered. You must be able to
collaborate and lead others thru influence. You will be responsible
to communicate, lead and drive IT teams to deliver: architectures,
solutions, and designs; roadmaps, project artifacts, milestones and
deliverables; client communications and reporting. Remain as the
single point of contact, communications and accountability
throughout the operational support life cycle. Collaboration will
be key, as the role is the key influencer for technology enablement
of Public Sector's strategic and operational plans. You'll report
to the VP, Application Services. You will also work directly with
the SVP of Public Sector and other key appointed leaders. The role
will report into the CIO organization and have direct
accountability for technology results of the Public Sector
business. During a Typical Day, You'll Collaborate with Public
Sector executive leaders and global IT leaders on key unit needs;
leading executive level status and reviews on progress and
initiatives. Active member in Public Sector Portfolio leadership
meetings providing insight on key initiatives from a technology
perspective. Driving distinct solutions targeted for the Public
Sector business while leveraging connected solutions that serve the
broader business Creating and evolving a short and long term
roadmap in alignment with Public Sector needs and overall IT
direction. Leading technical account managers to work with clients
and account leaders on understanding their business, managing
change, and driving forward Working with Finance on budgeting,
forecasting, and financial oversight for IT spend supporting Public
Sector Extensive ability to champion technology solutions enabling
the company to win business and deliver on client program
requirements Exceptional presentation skills of technology
solutions and/or offerings to clients' C level personnel and
technologists Drive collaboration with internal partners such as
Solutions, Pricing, and Technology delivery to cost and defend
technology solutions, supporting sales efforts while protecting the
interest of TTEC's shareholders What You Bring to the Role U.S.
Citizen with ability to be adjudicated to work with Federal
government units (e.g. FEMA) required. Direct experience leading
significant projects or technology functions in the public sector
arena required. Solid understanding of technology components
utilized in contact centers including omnichannel, CRM, networking,
workforce management, quality, reporting, security, and data
analytics solutions. 12 years IT Leadership experience Bachelor's
degree in computer science, electrical engineering, IS, IT, or
equivalent technical training experience Depth of understanding of
networks, applications, voice and data connectivity, assessment,
and analysis What You Can Expect An annual incentive program

compensation offers to a candidate may vary based upon geographic
location, work experience, education and/or skill levels. About
