Job Overview
The Director of Outlets will oversee the complete operation of the Food and Beverage outlets at the Lodge at Spruce Peak, which include the Alpine Hall, Whistle Pig Pavilion, Tipsy Tout, The Pantry & Beanery Cafe as well as other seasonal outlets on property. This includes staff scheduling, financial revenue control, and maintaining cleanliness of each outlet. This position is responsible for supervising, motivating and training staff to optimize performance and provide exceptional guest services.
Essential Job functions

• Develops and implements strategies for the outlets that support the achievement of the Company's objectives.
• Responsible for daily operation of the Outlets to ensure they align with Food & Beverage strategies.
• Works with the Assistant Director of Food and Beverage to ensure all policies and procedures are being followed correctly.
• A track record of being creative and proactive in planning events and strategies to drive outlet revenue.
• Supervise the performance, attendance, attitude, appearance and conduct of Front of House colleagues.
• Demonstrated financial skills with the ability to manage budgeting, forecasting, P&L Statements and expenses including payroll.
• Ability to roll out and execute initial trainings as well as continuing education for colleagues.
• Food & Beverage trend knowledge.
• Guest Service Recoveries and Communication.
