JOB PURPOSE
Define, build and optimize the product content on our new NEXT
platform via our Product Information Management (PIM) system to
drive conversion. Help build lovable portfolio and content to be
e-promoted, e-findable, e-shoppable for new and existing customers
(B2B & B2C) empowering them to self-service and find the right
solution . Drive both strategic development and deployment of
product content as well as technical developments via our
conversion platform (RAQN).
YOUR ROLE
--- Put in place clear criteria to define online portfolio. Build
product portfolio optimization methodology for eCommerce using
existing best-in-class frameworks to detail SBU specific winning
product portfolio strategies and differentiate by channel.
--- Create most sellable product content. Define what it is, built
differentiated product content for owned and 3 rd party channels.
Provide guidance/playbook for Steering Business Units to create own
content and guide in execution. Streamline product content across
all Adhesive Technologies Industrials.
--- Scope, drive and validate technical development for our
conversion platform on Product Listing & Detail Pages (PLP, PDP)
together with internal stakeholders and technical agencies to
continuously evolve conversion capabilities.
--- Be an expert for the current and evolving PIM relevant
information technologies such as Content Management, Data Asset
Management (DAM) and Content Syndication to help optimize and
streamline centralized content management as well as local
deployment.
--- Deliver best-in-class product information to internal and
external stakeholders (sales/marketing teams, distributors & end
customers) across our online channels in strong cooperation with
Master Data Team, Category/Product Line Management and Market and
Customer Activation.
--- Identify and leverage improvements together with business
process owners to streamline processes and govern data.
--- Perform and support data modelling, data standardization, data
clean-up and data migration/conversion. Establish
processes/guidelines for updating/maintaining Strategic Business
Unit product content.
YOUR SKILLS
--- University degree in business administration with focus on
Project Management/Digital/Marketing
--- 5-7 years of relevant experience in Content, Digital Project
Management and Stakeholder Management
--- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to balance
strategical priorities with tactical execution
--- Ability to lead cross functional projects and teams
--- Outstanding organizational, relationship-building and
collaboration skills at all levels
--- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
--- Hands on approach
--- Agile ways of working
--- SBU product knowledge is preferred
--- SAP basic knowledge is preferred
--- Very good communication skills in English
The salary for this role is $105,200.00 - $153,200.00. This is the
range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting
wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than
the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be
modified in the future.
