1. 3+ years of continuous Behavioral Health RN Leadership/Nurse Manager experience - REQUIRED
2. Charge/Supervisor experience will not be considered, must have true full time management experience - REQUIRED
3. Must be willing to float to other units and have a well rounded skill set of all age groups - REQUIRED
