As an assistant salon manager, you'll help lead our salon's vision, guiding a team of talented stylists to success. You'll be responsible for:

• Leading by example, demonstrating exceptional technical skills and a motivating attitude
  
• Developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and growth
  
• Providing coaching and guidance to team members to ensure exceptional customer service
  
• Managing salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer relations
