Job Description:

• Maintain parts cleaning production equipment and facilities equipment in accordance with maintenance schedules, maintenance and repair manuals and production planning.

• Repair facilities equipment and parts cleaning production equipment in accordance with maintenance and repair schedules, maintenance and repair manuals and production planning.

• Install facility and production equipment and non-production site installations in accordance with installation plans and instructions from supervisor.

• Ensure equipment and installation spare parts are in stock and to order new supply in accordance with purchasing procedures

• Jointly work with external contractors on repair, maintenance and installation jobs

• Ensure that all relevant safety procedures, environmental procedures, regulatory and statutory requirements are met

• Participation in Quality Assurance program, safety program and completion of various trainings.

• Maintain high degree of safety and environmental awareness through the practice of safe work habits.

• Safe use and disposition of hazardous chemicals

• Suggestions for further improvement of production facility and work methods.
