Job Description:
Join our team as an MDS Coordinator RN in a full-time, on-site
role supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services.

Qualified candidates must hold a Massachusetts RN license, have at
least 3 years of long-term care clinical experience, and possess

Previous MDS Coordinator experience with PDPM, knowledge of OBRA,
Medicare, Medicaid regulations, and geriatric patient care is
essential.
