Job Description:

Managing 3-5 direct reports, providing support on the execution of client deliverables and team development.Business Development and Account Leadership: Partner with Sales to increase client acquisition and retention among mid-tier to top clients, acting as the primary research partner. This includes participating in client meetings, assisting in project positioning and proposals, and presenting final deliverables.Delivery of Insights: Oversee delivery teams in designing, managing, analyzing, and delivering research insights, including visualization through dashboards, crosstabulations, and PowerPoint presentations.Liaison between Sales, Product, and Operations: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure excellent delivery and customer service, review research objectives, develop project goals, oversee deliverables, and manage team efforts.Product Development: Support refinement, testing, and execution of the company's product strategy and innovation initiatives.Experience:

• A minimum of 12 years of Market Research experience in a client-facing role with research direction responsibilities.
• Strong background in quantitative research methodologies, data analysis, report writing, and presentation.
• (Ad Solutions only) Understanding of the Ad Tech ecosystem.Skills:
  • Advanced analysis and report writing skills focused on insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, with high initiative and enthusiasm for learning.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to accuracy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with a client service focus.
  • Quick learner of new technologies (e.g., web, multimedia, multi-device).
  • Solid understanding of variance, inference, and statistical significance.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with SPSS is a plus.Education:
