ASML is the world's leading provider of lithography systems for the
semiconductor industry, manufacturing complex machines that are
critical to the production of integrated circuits or microchips. We
are seeking a program manager to lead a project team to manage key
deliverables for the Wilton Factory.
The program manager is going to be responsible for owning the key
deliverables for Wilton Factory. The candidate will be assessing
how we industrialize new/existing products and what steps are
needed. The candidate will be the main representation for Wilton
Factory in Stakeholder meetings and presenting to leadership and
tracking key deliverables and milestones.
Role and responsibilities
Represent Wilton Factory as needed for all volume modules on
platform
Own MR capability for all modules on platform, understand all
aspects of demand and supply
Maintain and keep MR capability summary updated, including tables
and capability charts
Schedule and lead quarterly MR capability target alignment meetings
with WF team
Schedule routine alignments with PE-PL on capability status,
understand blocking issues and drive actions to increase capability
as needed
Schedule routine alignments with WF team on headcount, staffing and
training, and shift schedules, understand issues and drive actions
to increase capability as needed
Gather input on outsourcing / transfer projects and NPI, determine
impact to MR capability and factory layout
Align with PE-PL on cleanroom / floorspace needs, consolidate
requests into single aligned factory layout per BL, align on impact
to overall factory layout
Align with PE-PL on AIR priorities and gains per workcenter,
prioritize and align Top X AIR list with WF Team, clearly
communicate priorities and need dates to the cross-sector, drive
actions as needed, report on Top X KPIs
Represent Wilton Factory in PRD meetings as aligned with Platform
Manager
Complete process improvement projects as assigned
Education and experience
Bachelors degree In a technical field and 5+years of experience
working in a technical capacity in an engineering or manufacturing
environment leading projects
Masters Degree in a technical field and 4+ years of experience in a
technical capacity leading projects
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Project Management skills and experience
Skills
Experience in volume manufacturing environment, as it relates to
industrializing a product/process in accordance with factory
capability roadmap
Familiar with lean / six-sigma manufacturing methodologies
Strong analytical skills and highly accurate
Highly motivated, takes initiative
Works well in a dynamic environment
Experience in ERP (preference SAP)
Strong Negotiation skills
Able to influence at high level within matrix organization
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined
in the United States Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. -
730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to
access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business
demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are
immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
