Purpose: The Posting Outcomes team drives operational performance
and quality across all posting workflows through active monitoring,
collaboration, and direct intervention. The team manages both core
and ancillary posting processes while partnering with BPO vendors
and internal stakeholders to optimize performance outcomes and
identify integrity opportunities. They also handle complex,
offshore-restricted work and resolve escalated service issues to
ensure seamless posting operations. Role Purpose: Leads significant
initiatives and process improvements that impact multiple teams or
business areas. Develops talent and contributes to strategic
planning through advanced analysis and cross-functional leadership.

junior team members. Education, Experience, & Skills Required:
Bachelor's degree preferred or 4-6 years of relevant professional
experience Demonstrated leadership experience on complex,
multi-functional projects Advanced analytical skills with ability
to translate data into strategic insights Strong presentation and
influence skills with senior stakeholders Subject matter expertise

Leads significant initiatives that impact multiple areas rather
than coordinating smaller projects. Influences strategic direction
through advanced analysis and serves as a development resource for
others. To advance to IC or People Manager, must demonstrate
ability to manage complex projects independently, positively
influence the performance of others and drive organizational
change. Expected Compensation $66,000 - $112,000 The base salary
range shown reflects the full range for this role from minimum to
maximum. At athenahealth, base pay depends on multiple factors,
including job-related experience, relevant knowledge and skills,
how your qualifications compare to others in similar roles, and
geographical market rates. Base pay is only one part of our
