Area with twenty locations throughout Long Island. ProHEALTH Care

studies.ProHealth Physicians,has an immediate opening for a
friendly, patient focused and detail oriented Medical Receptionist
to join our team. The is a full-time position with the exact
schedule will be determined by the Practice Manager upon hire. May
be asked to float to other offices in the region for coverage.
Every third Saturday is required. Primary Responsibilities:Schedule
and triage appointment requests for urgency according to approved
protocols consistent with ProHealth's Appointment and Scheduling
Guidelines. Consult a medical assistant or licensed clinician for
clinical decision making whenever necessaryUse call processing and
other applicable functionality in the EHR to take messages and
communicate with cliniciansGreet patients and conduct check-in
processMonitor daily reminder call logs to reschedule appointments
as neededScan and index documents into the EHR; ensure that
necessary documents, lab results, etc. are available in advance of
patient visitsClose payment batch(es) at the end of each shift,
assemble and balance batch(es) according to ProHealth cash control
proceduresMaintain knowledge of current OSHA and ProHealth
policiesAssist coworkers as needed to assure smooth office
operation and delivery of excellent service through teamworkPerform
other duties as assignedYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your

inRequired Qualifications:High school graduate or GED equivalent
Basic computer literacy Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential
job function of this role. Candidates located in states that

Only: The hourly range forConnecticut residents is $16.00 to
$25.77. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited
to education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to
