ShiftDescription:Trinity Health Of New England is looking for an
experienced Registered Nurse to join our team of mission-driven
healthcare innovators at Saint Francis Hospital and Medical Center.

This critical role assists in creating and managing nursing care
plans and will participate in the evaluation of current and future

rotationYou Will Be Responsible For:Exceptional Patient Care:
Contributes to overall quality of nursing care through performance
improvement techniques that impact patient care
positively.Excellent Communicator: Communicate effectively (written
and verbal) with admin, colleagues, patients and family
member.Strong Educator: Educate patients and family members so that
they have a transparent understanding of the care being
provided.Technical Familiarity: Understanding in computer-based
applications (E-MAR, clinical documentation), email, and standard
applications such as Microsoft Office.Active Teamwork: Demonstrates
problem solving, conflict resolution, and positive communication
through teamwork.Requirements:Education: Graduate of an accredited
college or university affiliated nursing program. BSN graduate
preferred.Licensure: Current Licensure as a registered nurse (RN)
in Connecticut.Certification: BLS certification required.Basic
computer skills required.Effective communication, organizational
and critical thinking skills.Preferred Skills: Experience: 1-3 in
Acute care, Medical-Surgical, or NICU.Certification: ACLS
preferred. National certification in area of specialty
