• Must have active state license
• BC required
• Weekdays, Nights
• ACLS and BLS required and must have 2 years of neurosurgery experience
• Mix of adult (90%), peds (10%), and trauma (25%), must be able to see peds
• Cardiovascular, endovascular, tumors, neuroendocrine surgery, VP Shunt, thoracic, lumbar, & more
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
