A clinic in New Hampshire is seeking a Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner to provide quality patient care for a Locum Tenens assignment.

Assignment

• Dates: Start date: 2/1 until a perm placement is found; Client agreed to 3-month assignment
• Schedule: 3 days/week (the days are to be determined) over both of our locations (Laconia and Franklin, NH)
• Setting: Outpatient
• Call: NONE
• Volume: Full Schedule; PPD TBD
• Patient Ages: Current psych patients are all adults. Our practice is a family practice, though, so it is possible that some pediatric patients trickle in.
• Procedures: NONE
• Cases: Details TBD
• Support Staff: Dedicated MA; On-site Nurse for triage
• EMR/Charting: EHR - expectation of completed charts 48-72 hours after visit.

• Boards: Board Certified
• Certifications: DEA
