DUTIES:
Observing Residents
Reporting any health issues to the supervising nurse
Taking care of a Resident's personal hygiene, including bed bath, shaving, etc.
Setting up of meal trays, and documenting food/fluid intake
Feeding Residents & serving nutritional supplements
Making beds & keeping the Residents' space clean and tidy
Transporting Residents within the Facility
REQUIREMENTS:
Current CNA State Certification
Must be in good standing with State RegistryMust be able to work as a team member.
Successful completion of a CNA program - -Job description LPN:Under the supervision of the Licensed Nurse performs direct and indirect nursing care for patients. Is responsible for the care provided to assigned patients and accountable to the unit manager/charge nurse for such care.Provides care to assigned patients in conformance with Nursing Department Policies, Standards of Practice, physician orders and an approved plan of care. Promotes communication of patients' status, change in condition and patients' need with the licensed nurse.BASIC KNOWLEDGEHigh School graduate or equivalent.Successful completion of 75 hour Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation program.Registered in the State of Vermont as a Licensed Nursing Assistant.EXPERIENCEPrior experience as a Licensed Nursing Assistant in a health care setting.Must demonstrate ability to perform basic nursing care skills.Powered by JazzHR
