The primary purpose of the Medical Records / Unit Secretary -is to manage answering phones, greeting patients and visitors, and scheduling appointments in a professional and timely manner.

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
    
  • Excellent computer skills required for the medical records clerk position
    
  • Strong communication and customer service skills required.
