Pride Health is hiring a RN - Clinical Coordinator in Claremont, NHThis Clinical Coordinator's primary responsibility will be to coordinate and support the day-to-day activities of a Medical Surgical/PCU unit in the care of patients utilizing best practices and ensuring adherence to regulations and policies.Additional responsibilities include:

• Acting as house supervisor/main resource on off shifts
• Assisting LPNs/RNs/LNAs as appropriate throughout shifts
• Helping coordinate employee breaks, create the nursing assignment and make adjustments based on changing acuity and/or discharges/admissions
• Monitor charting for timely/accurate documentation
• Function as a clinical/staff RN occasionally responsible for a small patient assignment of 1-3 patientsWe are looking for someone with---
  • A New Hampshire RN Licensed (compact allowed)
  • 3-5 years of relevant clinical experience
  • Charge RN experience (preferred)
