Job Summary: Under the direct supervision of the Specialty Practice Director and Chief Medical Officer, performs leadership and support to the clinical support staff (Providers, Nursing and Medical Assistants) of assignedspecialties. Manages the day-to-day operations and workflow, ensuring a positive patient and staff experience. Essential Qualifications: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and licensed with the New Hampshire State Board of Nursing as a Registered Nurse with a minimum three years of experience, prior leadership experience preferred. Must be BLS certified. Strong critical thinking skills are essential. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required with highly developed written and verbal skills. Familiarity with computer applications is required and must have technical aptitude and a willingness to learn software applications used at AVH.
