Must be able to respond safely while operating emergency vehicle and demonstrate the knowledge and skills required to care for a variety of patient groups in the Advanced Life Support and Basic Life Support setting. Qualifications High School Diploma
Successful completion of Department of Transportation Paramedic Curriculum
Minimum 3 years experience as a Paramedic in busy 911 systems.
- CT Paramedic License
- Basic Life Support (BLS),
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
- Valid Drivers License
Critical Care Paramedic or Flight Paramedic Certification within 1 year of hire
Preferred:
Critical Care Certification
Nationally Registered Paramedic
Bi-Lingual
