Job Description:
T he Opportunity: Clinical Psychologist Why This Role Is
Important As a key member of the clinical team, the Psychologist
will provide outpatient therapy in this new innovative ambulatory
practice. This position will work closely with the primary care
team to ensure integrated health services. Evidence-based digital
tools such as iCBT will be incorporated into patient care, while
nurses, medical assistants and health navigators will provide
necessary communications and supports as part of the care team.
Opportunities to work on-site and remotely are available. This
position is ideal for a psychologist who is comfortable with change
and interested in working in an evolving environment where tools to
provide care are frequently updated and improved. What You'll Work
On The Psychologist will be primarily accountable for: Diagnosing
and treating patients in person or via telemedicine, including
recommending suitable treatment plans and considering
cost-effective treatment modalities Providing indirect consultation
to colleagues on patient care, including through eConsults and
collaborative care Collaborating and communicating with primary and
specialty care as appropriate Participating in peer review, quality
assurance, provider meetings, and other clinical meetings Assisting
in updating / implementing protocols and principles of practice as
requested Partnering with a multidisciplinary team (including but
not limited to primary care, other on-site specialty services,
etc.) to provide seamless, coordinated care to patients About You
Graduate of doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in clinical or counseling
psychology from an APA- or CPA-accredited program. Completion of a
pre-doctoral internship, preferably from an APA- or CPA-accredited
program. Completion of a postdoctoral fellowship, preferably from
an APPIC-accredited program. Licensed to practice within
Massachusetts and/or New Hampshire Key Attributes We Are Looking

behavioral health integration/primary care behavioral health or
behavioral medicine Competence in evidence-based treatment of mood
disorders, anxiety disorders, insomnia; familiarity with treatment
of substance use disorders and trauma also helpful Experience
working in time-limited treatment models Flexibility and interest
in working in both a team-based & virtual environment Comfort with
a fast-paced, fast-changing environment and an interest in
