Job Description:

*Job Summary*We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess a strong background in various healthcare settings.*Responsibilities*- Provide direct patient care in various healthcare environments such as hospitals, home care, and occupational health settings- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor patient vital signs and symptoms, reporting any changes to the healthcare team- Assist in case management and coordination of patient care- Utilize knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and ICD-10 coding- Work in diverse clinical settings including PICU, Level II Trauma Center, and DME facilities*Qualifications*- Active LPN license in the state of practice- Previous experience in a hospital or home care setting is preferred- Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus- Strong understanding of medical terminology and physiology- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients and healthcare team membersJob Types: Full-time, ContractPay: $35.84 - $38.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekPhysical Setting:* Long term care* Nursing home* Rehabilitation centerLicense/Certification:* LVN (Required)* BLS Certification (Required)* LPN (Preferred)Ability to Commute:* New Hampshire (Preferred)Ability to Relocate:* New Hampshire: Relocate before starting work (Required)Work Location: In personby Jobble
