*Job Title: LPN with Sign on Bonus**Position: Full-Time**Location: Vernon Home Assisted Living Facility

*Shift:

• Mon - Fri (3:00pm - 11:pm), rotating weekends 7:00am - 3:00 pm*Job Description:
  
  Assist with medication management, in-service training with staff, assessing residents' condition, performing cognitive testing with residents.
