Job Title: Registered NurseNew Season Treatment Centers is a leading national healthcare service provider of outpatient treatment centers specializing in providing safe, quality, and best-in-class care for individuals living with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD).We operate in over 70 treatment centers across multiple states, offering medication-assisted treatment, counseling, support, and care management for individuals living with OUD. Our team members work collaboratively to address the underlying causes of OUD, providing a continuum of care that supports patients on their journey to recovery.Job Summary:The Registered Nurse will be responsible for restoring patients' health and collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to provide support to patients.Key Responsibilities:

  • Supply and administer medication pursuant to physician order and record dosage administered in the medical record.
  • Record dosages in medical records.
  • Daily inventory count of medication supply and receiving incoming shipments.
  • Responsible for safeguarding medication inventory.
  • Collect fees and perform daily cash reconciliation in the absence of the cashier personnel.
  • Observe and monitor patient demeanor.
  • Communicate patient concerns to superior.
  • Comply with federal and state privacy rules, including 42 CFR Parts 160, 164, as well as applicable clinic policies and procedures.
  • Contact other centers to verify dosages as needed.
  • Administer appropriate lab tests, collect data, and report per process.
  • Schedule and screen patients to be seen by the Medical Director.
  • Receive and document medical orders.
  • Actively participate in CARF preparation and start audit process.
  • Always act in the best interest of the patient, program, and company.
  • Honor, support, and protect the proprietary rights of patients and the company.
  • Interface with the public and patients by answering phones, greeting visitors, and monitoring patient activities while on center premises.Requirements:Registered Nurse (Licensed in the state of the job location)Minimum 1 year of direct patient contactUnderstanding of opiate addiction and medical terminologyBasic knowledge of Microsoft productsBasic typing skillsExcellent customer service and interpersonal skillsExcellent attention to detail
