The Licensed Nurse Assistant is responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse. Key responsibilities include:

• Taking vital signs
  
• Responding to call lights
  
• Electronic Medical Record documentation
  
• Personal care, including bathing, mouth care, toileting, and skin care
