Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Endoscopy position in Plaistow, New Hampshire.

**Job Summary**
We are looking for a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in an Endoscopy setting.

**Job Description**

* Provide general nursing care to patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic gastroenterological procedures
* Greet patients, prepare them for procedures, and ensure appropriate screening for necessary information
* Initiate, administer, and monitor IV therapy and pharmacology as ordered by physicians
* Prepare equipment and assist physicians during endoscopy procedures
* Observe, record, and report patient's condition and reaction to medications
* Assist anesthesia with patient care during Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)
* Review and explain discharge instructions to patients
* Maintain patient records and confidentiality
* Maintain procedure and recovery areas for supplies and materials

**Requirements**

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
* Current MA Registered Nurse License
* Med-surg experience preferred; endoscopy experience preferred
* BCLS required (optional with ACLS); ACLS recommended within one year of hire
