Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) OutpatientCentra Healthcare Allied is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in Lewiston, Idaho.Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to work in our Outpatient department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy and excellent communication skills.Responsibilities:

• Provide physical therapy services to patients in an outpatient setting
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient needs
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient goals and objectives
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Document patient progress and maintain accurate recordsRequirements:
  • 1 year of recent experience as a Physical Therapist in an outpatient setting
  • Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
