Certified Nursing Assistant to join our Intensive Care Unit team!Up
to $5,000 sign on bonus available!*This is a Full Time, benefits
eligible position on the night shiftPosition Summary:The CNA
provides direct and indirect patient care under the direction of a
RN or physician. Assists patients with activities of daily living,
provides for personal care, emotional support and performs more
complex clinical skills under the direction of a RN.Education and
Experience:--- Current Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in
the State of Maine required--- Active on the State of Maine CNA
registry required--- Current American Heart Association Healthcare
Provider BLS within 6 months of hire required--- 1 year of
continuous CNA experience preferred--- High School graduate or
equivalent preferredWhat You Will Be Doing:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, provides for
personal care and comfort.
- Communicate with providers and team members about changes in
patient's clinical condition and needs of the patient's
family.
- Provide direct and indirect patient care services that meets
the psychosocial, physical and general aspects of care.
- Provide care that reflects initiative and responsibility
indicative of professional expectations, under the supervision of a
Registered Nurse.What We Are Looking For:
