to:Provide seamless chairside support to experienced dentists using
efficient four-handed dentistry techniquesPrepare treatment rooms
meticulously, ensuring all instruments and equipment are clean,
sterilized, and ready for usePromptly break down and reset
treatment rooms post-procedure, returning instruments for immediate
sterilizationOrganize and set up procedure trays according to the
days patient charts and expected treatmentsDaily morning meeting
and team schedule review, anticipating the doctor's needs in
advanceGreet, seat, and screen patients - communicating patient
concerns effectively to the doctorTake alginates, pour and trim
models or scan utilizing the iTero scannerCapture high-quality
diagnostic images, including PA, bitewing, panoramic, and 3D/CBCT
x-rays as neededEnsure operatories are consistently well-stocked
and organized to support efficient patient
careRequirements:Exceptional customer service skills with the
ability to bring warmth, empathy, and positive energy to every
patient interactionPrevious experience as a dental assistant, with
a strong foundation in clinical supportCurrent certifications in
Radiation Health & Safety and Infection Control (or willingness to
obtain promptly)A growth mindset and eagerness to learn, adapt, and
continually improveHigh school diploma or general education degree
(GED)A team-oriented spirit and genuine desire to contribute to a
supportive, patient-first practice culture!Evening availability
(until 8pm 1-2 nights per week) and Saturday availability
