Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is hiring a *Registered Nurse / Nurse Practice Educator* for a *per-diem* position at a *Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility* in *Falmouth, ME*. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RN educator to take the lead in clinical staff development and help shape quality patient care through training and mentorship.

* *Schedule:* 1 day per week (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
* *Hourly Rate:* $52.10
* *Employment Type:* Per-Diem

*Requirements:*
* *Education:*
* BSN required
* MSN preferred
* CNE (Certified Nurse Educator) highly desirable
* *Licensure:* Active RN license in the state of Maine
* *Experience:*
* 2+ years in clinical education, staff development, or leadership in LTC or skilled nursing
* *Technical Proficiency:*
* EHR (PointClickCare preferred), Microsoft Office, and learning platforms
* *Soft Skills:*
* Effective communicator, adaptable, organized, and a natural mentor

*Core Responsibilities:*
* Design and implement training programs on clinical practices, compliance, and quality standards
* Evaluate nursing staff competencies and provide targeted coaching
* Drive quality improvement through education and policy reinforcement
* Facilitate onboarding and continuing education for nursing personnel
* Monitor regulatory changes and align training initiatives accordingly
