    • Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
    • Provide direct treatment and therapeutic interventions tailored to patient needs
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize care outcomes
    • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
    • Educate patients, caregivers, and staff on therapy techniques and communication strategiesQualifications:
      • Active Connecticut SLP license (or eligibility)
      • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required
      • Prior SNF experience preferred but not required
      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
