    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
    • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about strategies and exercises to enhance therapy outcomes.
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and therapy sessions.Requirements
      • Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP).
      • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
      • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred (CFY candidates are welcome to apply!).
      • Experience in a skilled nursing or rehabilitation setting is a plus.
      • Strong communication and organizational skills.
