Job Description:

Role and ResponsibilitiesThe Clinical Manager will be responsible for supervising clinical staff, performing routine clinical duties, and assisting with other tasks involved in providing superior patient care.

• Serves as the direct supervisor for clinical team members.
• Assists Practice Administrator with recruiting and hiring of clinical team members.
• Manages the day-to-day operations of the clinical team.
• Establishes and implements effective workplace procedures for the clinical team.
• Develops strategy and vision for team and patient satisfaction.
• Maintains patient confidentiality and follows HIPAA Guidelines.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations.
• Performs other related duties as assigned. Education and Experience
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Registered Nurse with current state license preferred.
  • BLS certification required.
  • Four or more years of related experience preferred. Skills and Abilities
    • Ability to work as part of a comprehensive health team.
    • Ability to lead a team of professionals and paraprofessionals.
    • Ability to adhere to the professional code of ethics.
    • Excellent organizational skills and administrative abilities.
