hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights, flexible, rotating -
Employment Type: Travel The Emergency Department Registered Nurse
is responsible for the delivery of safe, effective and quality
patient-family centered care consistent with Calais Community
Hospital and Maine State Standards. The nurse must be able to
communicate effectively with all members of the health care team in
developing a patient care plan. They must maintain a high degree of
confidentiality and support the mission, vision, and values of the
organization./n /nCurrent licensure as a registered nurse in the
State of Maine or Authorization to Practice pending licensure by
endorsement/nGraduate of an accredited school of nursing/nCurrent
BCLS/nACLS and PALS within six months of hire date/n2 years minimum
experience preferred/nExcellent assessment, communication,
computer, and documentation skills needed/nAbility to function
independently/nAbility to act rapidly and efficiently in emergency
