qualified Med/Surg RN in Keene, New Hampshire, 03431! Pay

years in Med Surg License: Current Nursing License Certifications:
ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA) Must-Have: Epic experience, ability to float
to different units, own vehicle Description: LITTLE OR NO RTO WILL
BE APPROVED FOR THIS NEED. Permanent staff have prioritized RTO,
and there are few if any summer days available for travelers. The
nurse will coordinate total nursing care for patients. The nurse
will participate in patient and family teaching. Leadership is
provided by working cooperatively with ancillary nursing and other
patient team personnel. Standards for professional nursing practice
in the clinical setting must be maintained. The patient population
will primarily consist of adult and geriatric patients. Travelers
must provide professional scrubs with no logos. The electronic
medical record system used is Epic. Shift accommodation requests
will not be considered. The nurse must be willing to float to
different units, including custodial patients as needed. Higher
patient ratios may apply in certain situations. All medical and
occupational health compliance items must be completed within five
days of offer acceptance. Proofs must be uploaded during the
application process. A cover page is suggested but not required.
Work history must be submitted. License and certifications,
including current Nursys information and permanent address, must be
uploaded with the profile. Every other weekend and holidays may be
