etc.Patient Ratios:RN 1:4 (variable upon patient acuity within

all travelers about charge experience and include in the offer info
if they have/have not worked in a CRN capacityEKGs, IV starts,
familiarity with TNKase administration, nebulizer treatments,
initiating Bipap, suture removal, assisting with casting, vent
managementSupport on the Unit:RT is only on dayshift but can be
called in for unstable patients as neededED ProviderMid- level
provider (hours vary)Hospitalist, 24/7House SupervisorReceptionist,
24/7Critical Care transport team assistance in EDED
TechsTraditional nursing staffing includes (2) 7a-7p, (2) 7p-7a,
(2) 9a-9p, and (1) 10a-10p. ED tech hours 6a-4p, and 6p-4aSecurity
on site 24/7, but typically does not respond to patient
escalations. Staff from all 6 units will respond if needed.Charting
