PVESC is a large, expanding veterinary practice with doctors across multiple specialties, including surgery, internal medicine, oncology, ophthalmology, dermatology, neurology, emergency & critical care, and cardiology. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Internal Medicine Coordinator to join our specialty department. This position is perfect for individuals with a background in veterinary medicine, including licensed technicians, veterinary assistants, or highly experienced client service representatives. As a Coordinator, you’ll work closely with clients, technicians, and CSRs, playing an integral role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department. Key Responsibilities Include: Facilitating communication between clients, referring veterinarians, doctors, and technicians Reviewing records for urgency and entering patient information into our system Auditing records, referral reports, charges, and diagnostics from the prior week Helping our team deliver exceptional patient and client care Why PVESC?
