Home Health for a travel nursing job in Saco, Maine. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Home Health - Discipline:
RN - Start Date: 08/04/2025 - Duration: 26 weeks - 40 hours per
week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Duties: -
Delivers skilled nursing care through in-home visits to support
healing and manage chronic conditions. - Performs initial OASIS
assessments and follow-up visits as scheduled or clinically
indicated. - Educates patients and families on disease progression
and effective care management. - Manages a daily caseload of 3–5
in-home visits, based on patient needs and scheduling. -
Efficiently applies EPIC EMR experience to ensure accurate and
timely documentation. - Ability to accommodate to a Mon-Fri
schedule, a call/weekend rotation, and begin within a 2-3 week time
frame from accepting an offer. Required:/n•/tMinimum 1 year of
recent, full-time geriatric home health RN experience (PRN not
accepted)/n•/tProficient in OASIS-E assessments and experienced
