Tender Touch Rehab Services, a leader in tailored rehabilitation therapy, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our dedicated team. In this role, you will work under the supervision of our licensed physical therapists to help patients recover and improve their physical abilities following injuries, illnesses, or surgeries. Our commitment to personalizing treatment ensures that you will be part of a team that values innovative approaches to therapy, designed to meet the individual needs of our clients. Assist physical therapists in the direct care and management of patients. Help implement patient treatment plans with techniques such as exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities based on the specific needs of the client. Document patient responses to therapy and report outcomes to the supervising therapist. Educate patients and families about their conditions and the necessary steps towards recovery. Maintain patient therapy schedules and adhere to compliance with healthcare facility procedures. Strong understanding of physical therapy modalities and techniques. Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and other healthcare team members. Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain clear and accurate documentation. Physical stamina and dexterity required to assist patients with their physical therapies. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Physical Therapist Assistant state license. CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
