Registered Nurse (RN) | Home Health Location: Bangor, ME Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,586 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 1/19/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home Health Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (08:00 - 17:00) Experience: Minimum 1 year of Adult Home Health Experience or 1 year of Hospice Experience License: Must have active RN license in hand Certifications: CPR, BLS Must-Have: - Proficient in OASIS and HomeCare HomeBase EMR - Recent specialty experience in Home Health - Reliable transportation and current driver's license - Auto insurance Description: This role provides, coordinates, and directs home nursing care according to physician's orders. It is based on agency policies and procedures through the competent application of the nursing process. Responsible to the Clinical Manager. Will supervise and evaluate Home Health Aides and Licensed Practical Nurses/Licensed Vocational Nurses. Degree of travel involves home visits and periodic office meetings. Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel up to 75 miles as needed. Mileage will be reimbursed at IRS standard rate. The average number of patients per day is between 5-10. Contractor will be assigned between 5-10 patients per day that equate to roughly 6-8 points. Each type of visit and activity holds a different point value. Weekly productivity points expectation is 30 points. Types of cases include: - Start of Care - Wound Care - Follow-up Visits This position requires proficiency in completing documentation within 24 hours of the appointment. Delayed or incomplete documentation impacting billing and patient care could result in contract cancellation. Contract does not guarantee hours; clinicians must achieve weekly productivity points to meet financial needs. All overtime must be pre-approved. Candidates must be open to traveling within the specified territory. Clinical staff must accept every patient on their schedule regardless of distance. Declining patients may result in cancellation of the contract. Local candidates are accepted at the same rate.
